Therapy
Individual therapy for teens and adults
A place to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, self-harm recovery, faith transitions, relationship stress, grief, or a major life change, individual therapy gives you room to work it out with someone alongside you. We provide trauma-informed individual therapy for adults, teens, and pre-teens as young as 10.
How we approach individual therapy
We believe symptoms make sense in context. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviors or reducing distress, we work to understand the experiences, relationships, and nervous system patterns that may be contributing to what you're carrying.
Depending on your needs, therapy may include EMDR, attachment-focused work, parts work, experiential therapy, nervous system support, relational therapy, or practical tools for coping and communication. The goal is not to force quick change. The goal is to create enough safety and clarity for meaningful change to become possible.
