Schedule a consultation with JennieJennie works with adults, couples, parents, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, self-harm recovery, faith deconstruction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Many of the people she sees arrive carrying experiences that don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis. Her work is shaped by her clinical training alongside her own experience as a parent and partner who has moved through seasons of loss, change, and faith reconstruction.
Her approach is relational and nervous-system aware — attachment-informed work, trauma-informed EMDR, parts-based approaches, and walking sessions when they help. She emphasizes safety and pacing over quick solutions, on the view that deep processing is what actually holds.
Jennie sees clients from age 10 through adulthood, in person in San Clemente and by telehealth anywhere in California.
Jennie might be a good fit if…
- You're navigating trauma, anxiety, self-harm recovery, faith deconstruction, or a major transition
- You're looking for EMDR therapy
